These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Haus: Real Estate Videos mobile application ("Haus", the "App"), provided by Agora Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Haus, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use Haus. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Haus on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business use.
You may not:
You retain all rights to the photos, videos, audio, text, and other content you import, create, or edit within Haus ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership of Your Content.
You are solely responsible for Your Content and for ensuring you have all necessary rights, permissions, and consents to use it — including the right to depict any properties, people, or trademarks shown, and to use any music or audio not licensed through the App.
You agree not to use Haus to create or share content that:
Music tracks, templates, and other assets provided within Haus are licensed to you for use only within videos created in the App. You may not extract, redistribute, or use these assets separately from a Haus-rendered video. Licensing terms may vary by track; restrictions on commercial use, platform, or territory may apply and will be disclosed where relevant.
Haus may offer subscriptions and one-time in-app purchases. All payments are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and managed on our side through RevenueCat. Prices and available plans are displayed in the App at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's App Store or Google Play account settings.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies. We do not directly process refunds.
If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
The App, including its software, design, logos, and content (excluding Your Content and licensed third-party assets), is owned by Agora Labs and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Rendered videos may vary in quality depending on your device, source media, and available storage. You are responsible for backing up Your Content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGORA LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR USD 50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agora Labs and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from Your Content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using Haus at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.
We may modify or discontinue the App, in whole or in part, at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agora Labs is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, except where prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.
If you download Haus from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that these Terms are between you and Agora Labs, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Apple is, however, a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
