Welcome to One Question a Day, a journaling app created by Agora Labs (“we,” “our,” or “us”), based in Brazil. By downloading or using our app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Using the App

• You can use One Question a Day with or without creating an account.
• If you choose to create an account, you may be asked to provide basic information like your name.
• The app is open to all ages.

2. Payments & Refunds

• One Question a Day offers a free trial for 3 uses. After that, payment is required.
• Payments and subscriptions are managed through the App Store or Google Play, depending on your device.
• Refund requests must be submitted through the platform where you purchased (App Store/Google Play), following their policies. We do not process refunds directly.
• We allow refunds for up to one week of usage, according to store policies.

3. User Content

• This is a journaling app, and you may write personal reflections and thoughts.
• You are fully responsible for what you write or upload.
• You may not use the app to create, share, or store any illegal content.
