These Terms of Use and Service (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between Agora Labs ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), and you, the individual downloading, installing, or using the PeptideMax application (the "App"). By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms set forth in this Agreement. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately and uninstall the App.
IMPORTANT: THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDES A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER IN SECTION 15, AFFECTING YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. IT ALSO INCLUDES DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES, LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, AN ASSUMPTION OF RISK, AND A MEDICAL DISCLAIMER. PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY.
PeptideMax is a personal health-tracking application designed to help users log and monitor peptides and related compounds, including doses, injection or administration sites, cycles and protocols, body weight, progress photos, subjective health markers, and related self-tracking data. The App may integrate with Apple Health to import and synchronize health-related data at the user's discretion.
The App is provided as a self-management and tracking tool only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition, nor does it provide medical advice, dosing recommendations, or any form of clinical guidance of any kind.
The App is strictly a tracking and logging tool. Agora Labs does not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, dosage guidance, or any form of clinical recommendation. All content, calculations, reminders, charts, compound information, and information displayed within the App is for informational and self-tracking purposes only and should not be interpreted as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should always consult a qualified, licensed healthcare provider before starting, modifying, combining, or discontinuing any peptide, compound, supplement, medication, or health protocol. Any decisions regarding your health and treatment are solely your responsibility. Agora Labs expressly disclaims any and all liability arising from your reliance on the App for any health-related decision.
Use of the App does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or any other healthcare professional relationship between you and Agora Labs. The App is not a medical device, is not intended to be used as one, and has not been evaluated or approved by any regulatory or health authority.
You acknowledge that the use of peptides and related compounds may carry significant health, legal, and regulatory risks, and that many such compounds are experimental, may be classified as "research chemicals," may not be approved for human use, and may be unlawful to possess, use, or administer in your jurisdiction. You voluntarily and knowingly assume all risks associated with your acquisition and use of any compound, and you agree that you are solely responsible for evaluating and complying with all laws applicable to you.
The App is not designed for use in medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency services immediately.
PeptideMax is a tracking and analytics tool only. We do not manufacture, supply, sell, distribute, source, recommend, prescribe, endorse, or facilitate the purchase of any peptide, compound, supplement, or medication. The presence of any compound, dosage field, protocol template, or informational entry within the App does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee of safety, legality, quality, or efficacy. The sourcing, legality, purity, storage, handling, and use of any compound is solely and exclusively your responsibility.
