This Privacy Policy describes how Agora Labs ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use the Haus: Real Estate Videos mobile application ("Haus", the "App").

By using Haus, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

• Media content: photos, videos, and audio recordings you capture, import, or edit within the App.
• Project data: project names, property details, captions, and any other text you enter.
• Purchase information: when you subscribe or make an in-app purchase, transaction data is processed by Apple and/or Google and by our payments provider (RevenueCat). We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device information: device model, operating system version, language, and time zone.
• Usage data: features used, session duration, crashes, and performance metrics.
• Identifiers: anonymous app-installation identifiers used for purchase entitlements and analytics.

1.3 Permissions We Request

Haus requests access only to what is necessary to create your videos:

• Camera — to record video and capture photos inside the App.
• Microphone — to record voice-overs.
• Photo Library / Media — to import your existing footage and save finished videos.
• Network — to deliver music tracks, updates, and purchase validation.

You can revoke any permission at any time in your device settings. Some features will not function without the required permission.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate the App's features (editing, rendering, music, voice-over, export).
• Process subscriptions and in-app purchases, including restoring prior purchases.
• Diagnose crashes, fix bugs, and improve performance and user experience.
• Communicate with you about updates, support requests, and important changes.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. How Your Media Is Handled

Your photos, videos, audio recordings, and rendered projects are processed on your device. We do not upload your personal media to our servers as part of normal App use. Rendered videos are saved to your device and shared only when you choose to export or share them.

If future features require cloud processing (for example, AI-assisted editing), we will clearly disclose this and request your consent before uploading your media.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services. Each has its own privacy policy:

• Apple App Store / Google Play — distribution and in-app purchases.
• RevenueCat — subscription and entitlement management.
• Music licensing providers — licensed background tracks included in the App.

We may also use analytics and crash-reporting tools to improve the App. These tools receive only aggregated or pseudonymous data.

5. Data Retention

We retain purchase and entitlement records for as long as necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations. Media stored locally on your device remains there until you delete it or uninstall the App.

Depending on your jurisdiction (including GDPR, CCPA, and LGPD), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.

Haus is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required by law, we use appropriate safeguards to protect your information in transit and at rest.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated through the App.
